Here is Jim Banks (OV Planning Commissioner) on the job for Wolf Creek! He says its ok for sewage to run into the creek at Elkridge Trail...he called me a "prick" when I asked why he didn't recuse himself from voting at the Planning meeting for Wolf Creek's rezoning last month.
